Susanne Calman of Feminine Spirit and founder of Williamstown Yoga Centre. Susanne has over 23 years experience as a yoga teacher and 12 years experience as an Intuitive Healer with Reiki and Seichim (Say-keem) Susanne is undertaking further studies in cranial sacral, counselling courses, mayan abdominal therapy and family constellations. Susanne trained with the Bette Calman School of Yoga Adelaide, Val Daikos at the Cairns School of Yoga and Joy Spencer of Sivananda School of Yoga Melbourne. In 1994 Susanne founded one of the first yoga centres in Melbourne’s west, the Williamstown Yoga Centre and after 16 years she sold the centre to follow a new vision, to help women who are experiencing fertility issues. Susanne runs Yoga for Fertility workshops, and is now creating a new course for women in their mid-life, she teaches about embracing the gifts of this developmental phase of life. Susanne leads womens wellbeing retreats in sunny Queensland and beautiful Bali, to nourish the soul with yoga, play, daydream and rest. Susanne is highly respected and trusted in all facets of her work by both students and therapists alike. Susanne is married with two adult children & is a devoted nanna to Andreas. Recipe: Turmeric & Galangal tea.
Pound in a mortor with a pestle the following fresh ingredients:
- Tumeric and galangal
- Add to fresh boiled water & leave to steep for 5 minutes
- Add a little honey and fresh lime and enjoy!
